This blog was created to share a lifelong passion of Rhode Island fly fishing. We are fortunate to be surrounded by some of the best striped bass, bluefish & False Albacore fishing found anywhere. Not to mention trout fishing along the scenic Wood River (my home waters) are as intimate and exciting as it gets. We'll share our experiences where ever we fish. Whether local, Great Lakes, tropics or abroad we hope you'll enjoy and learn from from our posts.

Striped Bass Ninigret Pond
Its been a little time since posting here, we'll try to keep this updated. Striper fishing has been hot on Ninigret Pond. There were some off nights due to big tides and cooler water temps, however there are tons of stripers in the pond feeding on massive amounts of Cinder Worms. Expect Quonny and Point Judith Ponds to pick up as well.
